Processing time

Most items in our shop are already made and ship within 1–2 business days.

Custom orders take longer, since they may need blanks ordered, design work, and production time. Typical turnaround for custom orders is 1–2 weeks, and we'll give you an estimated timeline when you place your order.

Shipping

We ship with USPS to addresses in the United States only.

Orders of $50 or more ship free.

You'll receive tracking information once your order ships.

Damaged items

If your order arrives damaged, we'll make it right. Contact us through our Contact page within 7 days of delivery and include a photo of the item and packaging, and we'll send a replacement or refund.

Returns & exchanges

All sales are final. We don't accept returns or exchanges, but if your order arrives damaged, we'll make it right (see Damaged items above).
